I continue to drive 30+ minutes passing at least a half a dozen barbers because of the incredible experience I get at SportClips in Enfield. Lisa is an incredible representative of your company, extremely talented, and provides one of the best customer experiences. Lisa is one of the few barbers who takes pride in the service she provides to us and her clients, and clearly puts quality over quantity of clients. The best example of this is how many clients request Lisa directly. This last week when my brother and I were signing in online first thing in the morning at opening, Lisa already had a full page of clients signing up to see her with an over 200 minute wait. The wait is worth it though, she is one of the few who knows how to do a great fade, and she doesn’t rush to get more clients in her chair for more tips, she provides an amazing experience and haircut for more happy customers who always return. Lisa somehow memorizes all her clients names, greeting them by name as they walk through the door. She is very friendly, always seems to continue conversations, and remembers many things about her clients, from previous visits making you feel like she actually cares about her clients. My brother and I will continue to commute, and even wait for our place on a long waiting list of Lisa requests, to get one of the best haircuts and customer experiences. Happy Easter!

The only experience I’ve had with SportClips has been at the Enfield, Ct location. Lisa is great and my son and I go to her every time. Very friendly staff and we always feel welcome when we go in. I don’t see us going anywhere else or going to a different stylist for the foreseeable future.
