Alicia was so friendly! Not only did she give me an excellent haircut and a relaxing MVP treatment, but she did everything she could that I would enjoy the experience. At one point I wanted to examine my haircut in the mirror, but sun glare overwhelmed the doorway to the point that I couldn't see anything except blinding light. Alicia positioned herself between the doorway and the barber's chair that I was sitting in, to try and block the light with her body. But she is very petite. To compensate for this, she jumped around like an energetic cheerleader in her efforts to stop the sunlight from blinding me. I have NEVER felt so pampered in my entire life and I'm getting very close to seventy now! I told Alicia that I will ask for her every time that I need a haircut in the future!

Alicia is a rockstar, I thought she must be a manager with her knowledge, turns out she’s a trainee. Hands down never felt more at ease with getting my hair cut. She was so encouraging about what I wanted. Alicia was so kind and positive it was so refreshing to just trust her. I went in for a small trim and found out my lack of knowledge was causing extreme damage to my hair. Alicia sent me out the door feeling and looking like a million dollars. Honestly I couldn’t be more impressed or happy.
