Service pricing is decent and because of the multiple franchises in the area, location is convenient, although arguably monopolized. I don't have other options nearby. Consider razor neck shaves and a free beer and you can easily increase services by $10-$15.

Walked into the Excelsior store and got in between to scheduled calls that were late. Mine was a simple buzz off all to 1/8 ". Great service. * This is my regular store

I liked your services a lot better when it was $16 for a senior cut. Now it’s $23. That’s a 47.5% increase over 3 years or, 15.8% increase each year for the past three years with NO ADDITIONAL CHANGE in the service performed. Your Wayzata, MN (4 minutes from my house) location is unfriendly and poorly managed. The ONLY reason I return to the Excelsior, MN location (25 minute drive) is because I like my stylist, Amber.
