Kristy is the best thing about my experience at Sports Clips. I don’t ever like getting a haircut from anyone else now that I’ve seen the amazing haircut she performs. She is the most friendly of all others there. She remembers her customers & genuinely cares enough to ask follow-up questions from the previous visit. Her level of customer service is a lost art form in 2025. Others could take note and learn to provide Kristy’s level of customer service satisfaction.

The haircut was great however, there was a lot of clippings left all over my son’s face. That’s the only issue. So if we were going to an event after the haircut it would have been an issue because we would have to get him to wash his face.
