The woman who took care of me that day was very sweet! I had no idea that shampoo included the massage chair and a face towel, nor did I know about the shoulder/neck massage . It made it feel like a spa day. I usually feel out of place in barber shops but they didn't make me feel silly for enjoying being pampered.
