It is easy to get into the queue on-line. I like being able to see the approx wait time before signing up. I have always been pleased with the service. Sam was very attentive to the details and was pleasant to talk to.

Regardless who cuts my hair, it's always a fine job. Mine is a bit tricky because it's so thin on top and I'm always concerned it's going to look like a combover. They stylists make my hair look good and I truly appreciate it.
