I always get the MVP which is a great experience - haircut, shampoo, and massage. I always visit the same stylist. Ali is amazing! I have been going to her for over eight years and am consistently pleased with my cut each time.

With the app I was able to get on the schedule and i got good feedback as to my time left to arrive for my appointment and when I arrived I only waited a minimal amount of time before I was sitting in a chair getting my hair cut.
