Took our 5 year old son to get his haircut and we were dreading because our son has had sensory issues with the clippers & it tends to turn into us having to hold him in place while he kicks & screams while the hairdresser does the best they can. The lady that cut my son’s hair this day worked her magic & really left us speechless. She managed to make my son feel so at ease & for the first time after leaving, he told us he was no longer afraid of haircuts! Thank you so much, we live in Phoenix, Az & were definitely considering making the trip for his next haircut!

There is no children's haircut place in Flagstaff. My son is special needs and I thought the staff here might not be able to do the haircut. He had surgery on his head as a baby and has since been scared of people touching it. Erica did his cut. She was patient, kind and respectful. She made him feel comfortable and safe. Truly a professional but most importantly caring and kind. We will always go to her now. We just moved here from Texas and Erica made one item of hesitation so much better!
