Heather is absolutely amazing. She listened carefully to exactly what my son wanted for his haircut and checked that both he and I were happy with the haircut at various points throughout the haircut. She is extremely professional and kind. We had a negative experience the previous time that we visited the store (with another stylist) and Heather listened intently and more than made things right. We can't say enough positive things about Heather.

I really appreciate the overall environment when I entered the ship and throughout the visit. Chris greeted me immediately as I approached the counter, he explained the services offered as well as the registration and online reservation procedures. Because I had forgotten to bring my glasses, Chris politely offered to establish my customer account profile in the system. Chris then took me in as a walk-in customer and asked about my styling preferences. Based on that interaction and Chris’ skills I walked out as a very SATISFIED NEW CUSTOMER !!! Lastly I would like to note how clean and organized the shop is. Also noteworthy is the TEAM SPIRIT AND CAMARADERIE between the Stylists, it enhanced the overall relaxing experience.
