Paola is an excellent stylist, patient, kind, always caring for the customer fully satisfaction, askimg if it's okay and being prudent while taking cut action. This is consistent on every visit. You have a star employee/ stylist in her. Oh, and she's bilingual speaking Spanish, which makes the non-native English speakers feel really comfortable with haircut terms and styles that are not in the common English language. 10 stars to her and the store manager, always so friendly and truly open to customer needs.

I like the convenience of the app, I can check wait times and get on deck before leaving home or the office which saves a lot of time. Stylists are always friendly and talented. I can't say I've ever been disappointed in a cut.
