The chick that cut my hair was on point with her customer service. If you're visiting the one in Fort Smith, inside the pavilion, ask for Shay! She slayed my skin fade! Highly recommend her!
The staff was so nice and did a great job. My 9yr old decided he wanted the front of his hair shorter so we went back in and they fixed it for him no problem. I would recommend any of the stylist there the day we went. They were all great!!!
I Love going to the Phoenix Avenue location in Fort Smith, AR. The relationship I've built with multiple team members here give me no reason to change where I get my haircut. The communication, atmosphere, and customer focused approach is consistent every time I visit. The entire process from check in, to haircut, to check out is quick, but personable. I travel the country and am sometimes forced to grab a haircut on the go at other Sport Clips; though my experience at other locations are always good, the Phoenix Avenue store in Fort Smith is always a step above.
Always a good haircut and friendly staff. My only issue, and if applies to every haircut regardless of stylist, is that there is no attention to detail. I have to shave/ trim a few loose ears around the top of my ear where it joins the scalp. It's at little thing but a tad annoying. All in all I'm satisfied and that's why I go back.
Just wanted to drop some good feedback and a gratitude note to Riley (Rue), from the Forst Smith location at Pavilion. Her customer service is outstanding, and very gentle, her Stylish skills are awesome and gave me a new cut that my wife and kids loved. Kudos to her and thank you.

I usyally have a great experience at Sports Clips. This last experience wasn't on par with the rest because my usual hair stylist (Kim) wasn't working. This stylist did a fair job, but didn't offer the MVP and rushed through my haircut. The haircut is a bit sloppy but it'll grow back and I'll return and use Kim as I always have in the past.
