The products are great. I like the MVP experience. I usyally get a good haircut depending on the stylist (Kim is the best but she's currently off for a few months due to health issues). I've had a few problems at this location. Numerous times when I've selected any other stylist besides Kim (since she's not working currently), I used the app, arrived at the store and checked-in, the leader board shows that my wait time is 5 mins or that I'm "next on deck", only to be pushed back another half hour to even over an hour wait! In these instances, I cancel my visit and walk out. What gives? How does my wait go from 5 mins or "next" to over an hour? I understand maybe the stylist going on a break - but why couldn't they at least have the courtesy to inform me of that? The only reason I've kept using this location was because of Kim; she truly is one of the best stylists at this store. And I continue using SportsClips, not because of its sports theme and annoying sports broadcasts on the televisions, but because of their MVP experience and tea tree products.

Alisa always cuts my hair with perfection. She is professional, prompt, and has a great sense of humor.

Stephanie cut my hair expertly. She also took great care when trimming my big beard. She "tamed it" very well. My wife complimented my haircut and beard when I arrived home.
