Y'all got me in very quickly. I apologize that I don't remember my stylists name at this point, but she understood exactly what I was asking for. She also explained some things about my hair, like why my hair parts down the middle when it's long, and that I have to retrain my hair when it's short so that it doesn't keep trying to do so with such short hair. I really appreciated that info, and while it felt like an obvious thing I should have know, she didn't make me feel like I was an idiot for not knowing. While I do have someone else that I normally go to for hair cuts, I'm glad to know that if I can't get in with her, then I can do a walk-in with y'all and still get the same care. - I have a seizure disorder that can cause complications with getting out and have caused me to cancel/reschedule with her, and sometimes I can't get into her soon enough before the length of my hair is driving me nuts.
I love the app but this time I was in the lineup for styles Stevie and it said I had 109 minutes and their was 4 ahead of me for first available why did i have to wait so long I keep checking it then it said I had 86 minutes left then about 5 minutes went by and I looked at it again and it said I was on deck and I was still at home so I headed that way and just before I got there it said I'm sorry you couldn't make your appointment that's the first time that happened but I think something was wrong with the app thank goodness when I got there and told them what happened they made it right
