The very first thing that I like about your service is that I have identified a stylist (Myranda) who not only takes the time to ask what kind of cut I would like, but makes sure along the way that I am still happy with the cut. And she remembers me from previous visits. I have gotten haircuts at your establishment several times prior to her, with some great satisfaction and with some less than stellar results. Finding a stylist who understands what older males are interested in (e.g., layering and working around a colic) is a dying art among stylists. I drive further to have Myranda cut my hair (your competitor is two blocks from my house as opposed to 20 minutes), and will gladly do so for attentive and skillful staff.
