Excellent location. Great store setup.
Kristen is the best. Says she’s been there 15+ years. There is no way you can lose this woman. I would leave. She has got to have at least 75% requested by clients.
There’s tremendous turnover in this business and yet she’s steady. With kids too.
My continued presence is because of her.
Process is odd but effective. No advance reservations is off putting. But it works for me. I’m very loyal and know when Kristen works so when I’m ready I login and know within 90 minutes I’ll be done.
20 years ago that wouldn’t have worked.
What I appreciate most about Sport Clips is the consistency and overall experience they deliver. The online check-in system is convenient and respects my time, making visits easy to fit into a busy schedule. The MVP service — with the hot steamed towel, shampoo, and scalp massage — turns a simple haircut into a relaxing reset.
I also value the quality of their products. The shampoos and styling products perform well and are easy to use at home. The stylists are knowledgeable, listen carefully, and provide great customer service. Overall, Sport Clips makes getting a haircut simple, efficient, and consistently enjoyable.
Dana and Kristin are both exceptional. The MVP and double play add to the experience. My only complaint is with the app. While the app has made improvements in not having to wait, it also seems to have me having to check more often when I am ready to get a haircut. I would go so far to say that new or non-frequent customers go elsewhere because the app at times show very busy and just two of the people decided not to show up and didn't get canceled properly which makes everyone else think they would have a 90 minute or longer wait.
The app should allow you to state the time it will take you to get onsite once you select your stylist and then be able to show that time plus five minutes available. Or even offering timeshots. I leave work and have a 35-40 minute drive to get to the shop. I try to add myself to the lineup 25 minutes out. I believe the current system loses you 2-4 haircuts per stylist.
