#1 is the ability to see wait time & list in-app before booking. I can choose/plan accordingly and not be surprised when I get to the store. Everything else is exactly what is expected of barber/haircut: reasonable prices, clean equipment, well-trained stylists, consistent quality of cut and friendly/inviting people.

Beth was amazing. Very attentive, and ensured my hair was cut just the way I preferred. Often "chain establishments" you feel as though you are just another customer. I did not feel like this with Beth. She did not rush through the process and made sure I looked fresh when leaving. My only critique would be, I wish they would go back to the punch cards.

I have been a customer of the Gastonia location since it has opened. I have never had a bad experience, ever! The staff has always been exceptionally professional, curtious and give the best hair cuts. I will never go anywhere else. A special thank you to Calisandra Jay Rappaport
