My hair stylist was absolutely phenomenal. It was very clear that she was very experienced and she very quickly and efficiently cut my hair exactly the way that I wanted it. I very rarely am able to feel satisfied with a haircut, but this stylist really knocked it out of the park.

Jules cut my hair as Kelli is no longer there. I have solely had Kelli for a number of years and while I was nervous to have someone new, I really like how Jules cut my hair, it turned out great.

I enjoy going to get a haircut at SportClips. My only complaint is that the on-line links to the UP-Tacoma store and the Gig Harbor store are not working. I was told by staff that they have not been working for several months. Get it fixed!!

Walk in, immediate attention from staff. Entered my phone number so they could pull up my styling history. Stylist asked questions about how I wanted my hair cut on this visit, then efficiently attached the paper neck band and he full body cover cloak to protect my clothes from cut hair. she followed every step of my requests and on the printed history. removed cloak to walk back to the shampooing chairs where I received my hot face cloth, shampoo with some scalp massage, rinse, new hot towel on face, gentle facial massage, conditioner and rinse. We walked up the the payment register and entered the data, I provided my payment card, and siad thank you as I departed the store. This is the 4th time I have visited this location and I plan on going again, bi-annual family reunion of sorts.

Jules is fantastic. She does a perfect job on my hair and remembers how I like my haircut and makes appropriate recommendations of what would also look good. She's a fun conversationalist and I enjoy making sure I come in when she's available.
