In most cases, service is excellent. Last visit a disaster. Stylist hostile. Threatened to charge me for 2 haircuts. Left tuft sticking out on right rear. Couldn't follow instructions on ticket. Surly.

Friendly, quick response to make appointments when I step in the door or call plus easy online. On my last visit, I got the nicest hair cut I’ve ever gotten. I just sat down and asked her to cut it anyway she thought it would look good for the shape of my head. WOW, she did a great job! Thank you.
