Your stylists make all the difference. If I didn’t like April so much, I wouldn’t frequent your business. My hair is very difficult to cut and style. I am lucky that over the last 4 years or so, that I have found a stylist at your business that can cut my hair, but only a select few can do it the way that I like it.

My barber was fast, friendly and interesting to talk to. She also verified how I wanted my hair cut, even though some of my perferences were already on your computer data file. When leaving, as she checked me out, she also added some other new notes for my future visits. Very nice young lady.

Stylists were great. The only issue was when they let a guy jump in front of me when I was already waiting 15 minutes, I was "UP NEXT" and they let this guy keep me waiting another 30 minutes, when he showed up AFTER me. He said his name was on the board earlier in the day and he left to run a bunch of errands. He saw me sitting there with my walker, I am disabled, and he insisted they take him in front of me to shave the sides of his head and trim his bob-top ponytail, while I sat. There was no one else in the shop when I got there and I was "UP NEXT" when he walked in. This was just poor customer service and disrespectful to customers when they let someone cut the line. My haircut only took ten minutes, he could have waited for me, but they did not care. So next time, if I go back to this store, I will put my name in at 9AM and go run errands all day then show up and cut the line in front of whoever has already been sitting there waiting.

A good haircut wit the same stylist is what I consider important.

Sports clips is a very nice place with friendly people and great haircuts. Being a female with short hair, I find sport clips to be perfect for my needs and reasonably priced. If my regular stylist happens to be off, I am able to choose any stylist available and still get a great haircut. I’ve gone to the Gig Harbor location for two years and I still get compliments on my hair cuts.
