Joining the line up and receiving a reminder helps the travel time to the store. I appreciate being able to always choose my stylist as Hannah now has my hair growth figured out and I've followed her from store to store. The various products are 1st class and my 'go to' is the spray texture 😊. After knowing that Sport Clips is not just for men I've been a regular customer... you'll not be disappointed!

using the app I setup my appointment was notified about 10 min. before the appointment and was in the chair getting my haircut 2 min. after I arrived.

I love going in and they have my history of haircuts and how I like my hair, what guards to use, it's great. The stylists are instrumental to your success. It is amazing to walk in and be greeted nicely and be able to have a decent conversation during my entire visit.

My hair stylist was absolutely phenomenal. It was very clear that she was very experienced and she very quickly and efficiently cut my hair exactly the way that I wanted it. I very rarely am able to feel satisfied with a haircut, but this stylist really knocked it out of the park.

I enjoy going to get a haircut at SportClips. My only complaint is that the on-line links to the UP-Tacoma store and the Gig Harbor store are not working. I was told by staff that they have not been working for several months. Get it fixed!!

Walk in, immediate attention from staff. Entered my phone number so they could pull up my styling history. Stylist asked questions about how I wanted my hair cut on this visit, then efficiently attached the paper neck band and he full body cover cloak to protect my clothes from cut hair. she followed every step of my requests and on the printed history. removed cloak to walk back to the shampooing chairs where I received my hot face cloth, shampoo with some scalp massage, rinse, new hot towel on face, gentle facial massage, conditioner and rinse. We walked up the the payment register and entered the data, I provided my payment card, and siad thank you as I departed the store. This is the 4th time I have visited this location and I plan on going again, bi-annual family reunion of sorts.
