I have not stepped foot in a barbershop since before covid. Typically, I would just shave my head and beard once a month at home. Recently, I decided to grow out both my beard and hair. I came in only looking for a simple trim around the edges. What I left with was some valuable advice, and an experience that far exceeded my expectations. Danielle did an amazing job, took her time, and made the entire visit a great experience! One thing I cannot stand about other barbers I’ve been to is how they always push upselling product. Danielle didn’t try to hard sell me on add ons. She only provided product recommendations after I asked. Simply because of this approach, I also purchased the recommended beard conditioner. Danielle’s level of professionalism is certainly a valuable asset to your store and brand. I will absolutely be returning, and I will be asking for Danielle when I do!
