Marina ( I believe that was her name) at the Ritchie Hwy location did an excellent job! She was very attentive to show I wanted my hair cut. She was also very friendly and it seemed that she truly enjoyed her job! Definitely would have her cut my hair again!

I really enjoy the MVP experience. I leave sports clips feeling so revitalized each time. The hot towel on my face is my favorite part of it.

The Service is always excellent i have had Marina several times and she always does a awesome job on my hair and she is very attentive and very pleasant i always feel relaxed and comfortable. And I love the shampoo it always makes my hair smell great and I love the MVP IT IS very refreshing.

Met a new stylist Ms Claire who very friendly and quite capable…my previous stylist Ms Tammy was quite good and equally enjoyed visits but when she resigned thought maybe transferring to another stylist glad i opted to return for a good experience with a new stylist.

Different outlets are defiantly run better than others. I go to a location 20 minutes the wrong direction from home after work because that location is always staffed sufficiently thereis never a long wait.

I always accept the next available stylist as I have never had one who was anything other than highly skilled with the clippers and very friendly and personable. I just don't feel like I can go wrong with any of the staff. I have noticed that many men do not avail themselves of the VIP treatment after the haircut. I cannot imagine why anyone would turn down such a relaxing end to the visit. It's always a pleasure and a great way to top off one's visit.
