We have been to sports clips several times and have never really had any complaints. Yesterday, I took all three of my boys to get their hair cut. I checked in through the app; Once we arrived, there was no wait for us, my boys were instantly called on. I didn't get the two stylists names that helped us, but one stylist had two of my boys and another had one. The haircuts that my boys received yesterday were the best haircuts that they have ever gotten. The stylists didn't make me feel like my asks were too much. They paid great attention to detail and made sure that I was happy with the outcome before we left the store. We will definitely start coming back to Sports Clips for all of our haircuts.
My stylist name was Lex. She was super friendly and helpful however I had to come back the following day as she did not cut my hair correctly. There were a couple of places which I did not see that were not cut correctly. It was not until I got home and my wife noticed. The following day I went back and Shonna and Ariel were extremely helpful in making my haircut look good.
The hair stylist was very patient with my son who is very ticklish. Turned out she has a lot of personal experience with it so she was a perfect match for my child. Happy with how his haircut turned out too as it was for his spring picture day. Will definitely visit again
I was very pleased with the service, the lady that cut my hair was very nice. And I really like the service even though I’m a lady I have short hair and for the last three years I’ve gone here once a year just to splurge a little bit on my hair. I usually go to the cheapest place in town to get a haircut and usually about $16. I don’t have a whole lot of extra money to spend although I’m pleased with the service and I even asked how much would it be before we started? I was asked when I like an extra steam towel. I said sure but it would’ve been nice to have been told would you like an extra conditioner towel it will be four dollars. I did not know to ask and I didn’t complain but other than that everything was wonderful. That is the problem with a lot of hair places nowadays I try to charge you when they do. They’re not told OK this is amount People on fixed income should be told this.
I took my grandson for a haircut as a walk-in. The process was very simple and we were kept informed on wait time, etc. The lady that cut his hair was very personable and I could tell she was a "pro" at cutting hair. We were well pleased!
