The service was great Nancy always does a great job. However, the online check in system allowed an individual to change his option from 1st available to preferred stylist. It does not bother me that he was allowed to change his mind. But it doesn't seem fair that he was keep his place in line.

My son and I have been coming to this location since we move to Indiana 10 years ago from Arizona. Tracy always does an awesome job cutting mine and my son’s hair. She is very friendly and very professional. She does exactly what we ask her to do. She is the main reason we keep coming back. The rest of your staff is very nice and friendly especially Angie the manager.

I came in getting way more than expected! Way better of an experience than other places i have gone to and will definitely be back. My stylist was Anita, she was very social. I loved that my haircut wasn't rushed like other places she actually took her time to talk to me and get to know me.
