5/5 as far as hair/beard cut and styling, stylist gets full marks in all the metrics. little shorter than I'd wanted but all I'd said was "pretty short" and stylist ace'd that sort of cut (bonus points for name that makes me think Nerevar because I play too much Skyrim)
