Been coming to Sport Clips for many years here and at my winter home in Yuma AZ. Jenna gave one of the best cuts I’ve gotten from Sport clips, which is really saying something, enough to make me respond to this survey. Easy sign in via the app, even for a retired old man.

I came back to sports clips out of “need” not necessarily desire(I’ve had bad experiences in the past there). When I arrived I was greeted by the stylist who’d would end up being the same one who cut my hair, Jess. She was pleasant even though she was clearly busy. When it was my turn, she welcomed me to her chair and was a joy to talk with. She did an amazing job with my haircut and I’ll definitely be coming back to see her. All the stylists were having fun while still doing their job. Well done!

We love that with our busy schedules we can drop in. Also. I appreciate keeping instructions on how my boys like their hair done in the system! Very impressed! I use the app and go to the 1 of the 3 closest to me with the shortest wait!
