The haircut was great and, as is usually the case, it was exactly what I asked for. The ONLY reason I'm giving a 9/10 is because I do think the prices could be a little better, but that's a corporate thing and has nothing to do with the quality of service I received for this visit. It was great.

A good experience after many failures at Greatclips. However, I do not appreciate the stress, potential embarrassment, and sending the wrong message to the employee by having a 40% tip as the lowest suggested option at the register, requiring a manual override to specify a reasonable tip. I do appreciate the senior veteran discount.
