There should be a way to make appointments. Every time I get a service done there, I choose the same stylist and 99% of the time she already has quite a line up of customer's. Most of the time, I have to wait an hour to get my hair cut. So, I wait cause I love the way my hair is cut. Please work on this so customers don't have to wait an hour or more. The store is mostly clean. The staff is always friendly. Thank you, Ms. [LAST NAME REMOVED]
