A good experience after many failures at Greatclips. However, I do not appreciate the stress, potential embarrassment, and sending the wrong message to the employee by having a 40% tip as the lowest suggested option at the register, requiring a manual override to specify a reasonable tip. I do appreciate the senior veteran discount.

I really like the atmosphere, the fact I can go to any store and they can see how I like my cut and the Triple Play.
