I do like the fact you do not have to make an appointment to get your haircut because my schedule is contently changing, so it is nice I can just go when I have free time. I also like the app that allows you to get on the list prior to arriving at the store. I also like the fact there are always sports playing on TVs throughout the store. Finally, I have never not been satisfied with the quality of my haircut.
