I like that you do not need an appointment, you just need to do a check in on the app or in the shop, and you are given real time information on the wait time and the stylist serving you. I like that with the app you can check in before you leave home and just arrive within the time frame indicated for a stylist to become available. This allows you to run errands or do something else while you're waiting. And the staff are also great, they're always nice and professional when you come in.

I like a barber who remembers how I like my haircut. Jasmine is always friendly, professional, and does an excellent job. I would prefer to make an appointment for my next haircut after getting a haircut. I find it inconvenient to have to go on line when I need a haircut and hope that my stylist is available at a convenient time for me. This is not a critism of the employee but an observation about the process.

How personable and professional everyone is. I was a few minutes late and dropped off the waitlist and they still took me as if I was on time. Everyone is always super polite and treat you like an individual not just a name on a list. Stylist was Bry and she’s always amazing.

Always a great experience at Sport Clips with Jasmine! I always get the MVP Triple, nothing beats a great haircut and relaxing shampoo, massage combo. Lately, I’ve been growing a beard, and her beard trimming skills are top-notch. Super impressed with the attention to detail. I always leave looking sharp and feeling refreshed.
