I had an absolutely outstanding experience at your location, thanks entirely to Rosie, your store manager. Rosie demonstrated a level of professionalism and maturity that exceeded my expectations, especially it being my first visit to this location. Her responsible approach to managing both customers and staff was immediately apparent.
Technical Expertise
I requested a medium skin fade, which can be particularly challenging with very dark hair like mine. Many stylists struggle with achieving the right blend and gradient on darker hair tones, but Rosie handled my request with remarkable ease and confidence. The fade was executed flawlessly – perfectly blended with no harsh lines or uneven spots. Her technical skill clearly demonstrates extensive training and natural talent.

What truly impressed me was Rosie’s commanding knowledge of hair care products and styling techniques. She provided valuable insights about maintaining my cut and recommended products that would work best for my hair type.
