Everything. From the moment I walked in the door, I loved the environment. The wait was very short as I checked in online on the app. I let Rosie know this was my first visit ever to a sport clips. Rosie was knowledgeable of the style of haircut I was looking to receive. She did a fantastic job making sure all of my questions were answered, and the haircut was exactly to my liking. She was very personable, easy to talk to, and made my experience wonderful. I enjoyed the extra services as a first-time client and found them to be relaxing and fantastic. I truly felt pampered compared to other haircut places, enjoyed the massage of scalp, neck and shoulders and the hot towel was amazing with the chamomile and lavender. I didn't think I would leave with any extra products, but the hair product Rosie used was amazing for my hair and I had to have some as this was a lot better than the general hair spray I normally used. The whole experience was absolutely amazing, and you have another regular customer from here on in. Thank you to Rosie who made sure I had everything; she is now my hair specialist for all my appointments.
