Price is decent, and the atmosphere is always nice for a chain barber shop. The free water and snacks if you have to wait is always a plus. The most important part of a business like this is the staff. It is important for any barber to have that perfect balance of talent, personality, and an overall ability to make a customer look good and feel good when they look in the mirror. Your employee, her name is Riley, hit all of those points and will ask for her services again if she is available.

The Entire Staff at Hagerstown Sport Clips, are all professional, extremely friendly, extremely talented, all are beautiful!!! Stacy is the Stylist, who takes care of me, and She is The Best!!!! Stacy always has my hair looking perfect, and with the VIP Service, I am completely relaxed, and I have never been disappointed!! If anyone needs to find a great Place for a haircut, wash, and massage, The Sport Clips in Hagerstown MD, is the place to go!!!!

I like the fast service, whether walk-in, or on the app. I like the fact that they leave notes about what kind of haircut I get so I don't have to try to explain it every time. I'm usually getting a haircut after a long day of teaching teenagers, and have little energy left for explaining anything... even how I want my head to look.

My barber Stacy listen to my frustration about my last haircut at my old barbershop and she worked with me and made sure I was happy with my haircut and beard trim also made suggestions that worked out perfectly for what I wanted. She asked if I wanted the VIP with my haircut cut and beard trim as well. Which I really liked and enjoyed. Very relaxing and refreshing. Will definitely return and hope to see Stacey again.
