I like that you ca sign in before you get there. I also like the app b/c it allows me to see the last time I had a haircut. Maybe a good idea to be able to set a notification so I get a reminder "hey, its been 6 weeks since your last haircut, would you like to schedule?"

Milaida is excellent. She is always friendly, and always ensures my hair comes out nice. Never rushes or skips a step, i was lucky enough to be serviced by her years ago by chance, and i have not had anyone else touch my hair since. She's amazing, consistently!
