It's rare to find a stylist who actually listens to your requests and cuts your hair the way you want it...not just repeat the work of the last stylist. My stylist took the time to find where my hair naturally parts and left my cowlick long enough that I didn't leave the salon looking like Alfalfa.

Fabulous service, Corina is my favorite stylist because of her cheer, smile, and professionalism. I like too that if Corina isn’t available, all give a great cut. Corina deserves recognition for her superior service. She greets everyone as they come in and invites them back.

I appreciate my stylist Jill. She's fast and does an outstanding job. And judging from the reservation board, she's personally responsible for a large percentage of customers coming in. I hope ownership takes care of her.

Lexi and Team, Are always professional. She and her crew go out of thw way to ensure you get the best service. Been a customer since the Spokane Valley location opened and will continue to be.

Everything! I think there should be a soda machine in the waiting area for customer’s. Just add a dollar to the price and stock the refrigerator. Also I think customers should not be able sign in when they are not in the store, gives false waiting time. Great job!
