I like the online check-in even though there is usually a long wait I know what time to show up. Everybody there is really respectful to us and we like that as well. The atmosphere is nice and I am not much of a talker, but the people cutting my hair always gets me to say a few things which is always nice. Thank you
The staff at the Sullivan location has always been very personable and provide a consistent haircut and MVP service each time i've visited. I look forward to my haircut every time.
Consistency from hair cut to hair cut. They keep notes so no matter who you get they know the basics. I also like the discount through the season pass for the MVP cut.
Well done.
Alexiah and Jillian are the Jedi masters of haircuts. They have an awesome team there at the Valley location. I’m loyal, but in a pinch I’ve had others cut my hair with good results too! My rat’s nest of a head was transformed into a sleek ‘do today, well overdue (but always is). The cut is great every time, the triple play is worth it even though I don’t get it often, and my hair’s now too cool for me. Book them or regret it. Wherever Alexiah or Jillian cut hair in Spokane or the area, you see me there!
I visited the Sport Clips on Sullivan in Spokane Valley, WA, for the first time. I was excited to find that they had locations here, as when I lived in the South Seattle Area, I frequently visited Sport Clips in Renton, WA, which I loved. Notably, this was my first visit to a location since before the COVID pandemic, and as a power wheelchair user. My experience at the Spokane Valley site was excellent.

I had to wait a little for my haircut, but it was worth it. The salon was busy due to Spring break, with many dads and kids getting their haircuts. My stylist, Alexiah, did a fantastic job. We chatted and laughed throughout the process. She grasped what I wanted for my haircut and was very accommodating with my power wheelchair. Maneuvering to align with the sink for the wash posed a challenge, but after about a dozen attempts, I finally got it just right.
As always, I opted for the triple MVP package, which is worth the cost. You may wonder, 'What exactly is a "Triple MVP?"' That's a great question. This package consists of a haircut, hair wash, and two hot towels placed over your face during the wash. Additionally, the stylist provides a head massage while washing your hair. According to the Sport Clips website, the hot towels are enhanced with eucalyptus, lavender, and chamomile.
I plan to return to the Spokane Valley Sport Clips location, where I will request Alexiah as my stylist and choose the Triple MVP Package. I refer to the Triple MVP Package as 'Matt's Spa Time."
Corrina S did an amazing job cutting my hair. She restored my faith in Sportsclips. It’s been over 10 years since I had been to one because of a bad experience.
