Alexia and her team always do an amazing job!! Her team is always welcoming and are happy to see you. They also are very knowledgeable about the products they use and what best fits each individual person in what they are looking for. If you are trying to find a place where you want to look your best and wanted to be treated like a person, I recommend the Sports Clips location in the Spokane Valley!!

The concept of being able to sign in on line to avoid having to wait is brilliant! In the busy world we live in having to wait equals wasted time. Everyone is always friendly, polite and professional. Never missing a greet as soon as you walk in the door. I appreciate that very much. Making each guest feel appreciated for their business is imperative to a successful business. When signing in on line I saw that you can also pick your stylist. I choose Jose to cut my grandsons hair. He did an awesome job! My grandson has course hair and a cowlick that’s almost impossible to work around, that is in front on his part. Jose did an amazing job blending in the hair. When he was done he came to the front and asked me to come take a look, which was an extra step for him but one that made me feel as though customer satisfaction was his top priority. Thank you Sports Clips and Jose you have earned my business!!
