Overall, a good experience. The only suggestion I would have would be to offer an upgrade package (for an additional fee, of course), to purchase extended times on the massage portions (face, shampoo, neck and shoulder), of the MVP haircut. Afterall, that is the best part of the MVP. Why not give people the chance to make it "extra"?
This was my first visit to this location. The store was really layed out well and was very organized. Jen was my stylist. Her bubbly personality, attention to detail, and shear talent make her an asset to Sports Clips. We had great conversation and I left with a fabulous haircut! She even took the time to find a hair product (and explained how to use it) that will keep my hair looking great. I'll definitely be returning to my new favorite Sports Clips!
I normally don't go to Sportsclips, because I don't like how i am treated by the various Sportsclips stylists who rush through my cuts and make me feel like I am bothering them; maybe because I am obese. However, I had to kill some time, so I visited this Sportsclips in Harrisburg because I needed to kill some time and ut was the only store where I was located that I could.
However, this experience was totally different. The lady (I forgot her name) who cut my hair (MVP plus?) did an excellent job cutting my hair but more importantly she took the time to make me feel appreciated unlike most of the stylists at Sportsclups. I wish that I wasn't moving to a different state, because I would continue going to Sportsclips if she was my stylist. She should get a bonus for.her advanced customer service skills.
Amanda at Harrisburg Colonial Park does a great Job for me. The biggest thing for me is getting the Shampoo treatment afterward so all the little hairs don't end up the itching me for the day or taking them home with me.
