I really liked the customer service there. What I don’t like is that I walked in one day at 1030 and there were 2 people ahead of me. Then I looked at the TV that shows how long I have to wait and it said 78 minutes so I went to the Home Depot to shop for a few things and came back 45 minutes later. The screen said I still had 58 minutes left to wait. What this tells me is that the customers that go on line to get their name on the waiting list are jumping in front of the customers that walk in. That’s a bunch of BS. Instead of the screen showing I only had 33 minutes left to wait it said 58 minutes. This system does not work.
