The personal touch that Stephanie offers to her customers is the most powerful essence of customer service today, I live in Mooresville and always came to Sports Clips to have Stephanie take care of me. She has been relocated to the Hickory Great Clips and I now travel 35 miles for Stephanie to trim my beard and long hair. I am 72 and retired from the restaurant business and really like that personal experience Stephanie can teach her co- workers at the Hickory location how to build that lasting relationship to their customers.
