From adding my name to the waitlist until the time I arrived and was seated was a seamless experience. The hairstylist was very friendly and listened to how I wanted my hair cut. This was my first time at Sport Clips. I also enjoyed the hot towel experience.

My son, who is almost 7, had his first visit to Sport Clips and he had the best time! He loved the MVP treatment with the how towel and massage. He's sold! We will definitely be back!

All the ladies greet as soon as you walk in. And they all tell us goodbye as we leave. I also like the online app that allows you to get in then lineup to avoid waiting. My son always requests Christina. So, the app allows us to see if she's working and to request her. Don't have anything negative to say.
