Have been to many location in Cleveland and Columbus area always had great service but the Britton parkway location in Hilliard Ohio was the best experience I have ever had especially with Tonia she made sure everything was done right and ever put some beard oil and conditioner in my beard which I have never had done before which I really enjoyed and everything she did was very professional she made feel pretty again after having long shaggy hair for quite some time

I appreciate the attention to detail, atmosphere and convenience. However, the stylists seem to talk a lot which slows down the speed of haircut when I'm on a tight schedule.
