I received a free haircut coupon for donating blood and took my grandson for his before school haircut. I wish I had gotten her name but the lady that cut his hair did an amazing job. She was so sweet. I will definitely be coming back!

I like how relaxing the salon is and how good the services are. My stylist asked specific questions about what type of haircut I wanted. She made sure I was comfortable when in the showers for the MVP experience. The following shoulder massage was relaxing as well, and my stylist asked what else I needed.

The Hilliard location was good. Only real complaint was the lady that did my hair had a trimmer that was extremely loud! I know some of these tools need serviced to maintain their longevity but hers needs serviced bad. I actually had a headache when I left there. The haircut was good though.
