Now for my ideas. What I don’t like is the non reservation time. I was told to head to store. I had 10 minute to get there per app. I still had 5 minutes left as I was walking into store and I was skipped in line. Wtf! So ideas: why not elevate ur play on mvp to include pros or all star categories where returning clients don’t get shafted by having a dedicated or true reservation slot. Maybe not on busy days but have a2-3 hour block where it’s a true reservation slot for repeat customers. Now this could be free or you could monetize it but the thing I have grown to hate is the incredibly long wait times with the non reservation system especially for when I want my primary stylist. During haircut I explained idea to June and we spitbalked a few ideas how to implement it. So management what do you think? If not can we get some drinks while waiting or do a collab with pizza Schmizza go grab a beer and slice while waiting..?
