I like your stylist but I do not like your app. It's always a guess whether or not I have signed in. It's even more chellenging whether or not I reserved a stylist. Only when I arrive do I know if it actually worked. Half the time either I don't get logged in or I don't get the stylist I requested. It says" first available". It's become a joke when I show up.

Z did a phenomenal job of making my son feel comfortable with his choice in haircut and through the haircut itself. She made it quick and painless as possible and it looked great. She was very knowledgeable and kind. I appreciated that she would check in with me throughout the process to make sure we were happy with everything. We will definitely be back!
