Being able to use your app to check on waiting times and going On Deck keep me coming back. It's a game changer for one with an unpredictable, crazy schedule. All stylists I've ever had there are very good. Please add two more things to our usual cut options: (1) whether the back is to be rounded, square, etc. (I can never remember and I of course never see that area!); (2) what type of product we prefer for washing hair, and then for styling. Thanks! Give us the brand and model number of the massagers your stylists use. I'd love to buy one for home, but there are so many out there I can't tell which one it is.
