Manager, Stacy J., in Huntersville NC was Amazing as always. Very welcoming, takes her time, and easy to chat with make an Excellent experience. I actually enjoy getting my haircut because it will be a time to relax and even watch some sports as an option. Great experience !

I visited the Birkdale location on 3/7, and it was first my first time at this store. There's always a bit of apprehension when you're working with someone for the first time, but within minutes Mandy put any concerns I might have had to rest. She was professional, listened to what I wanted, and then delivered. Is there a more simplistic, yet powerful model for delivering OUTSTANDING customer service? No, that's the one. Rinse and Repeat.

I will occasionally use the"First Available stylist" option to have a chance to work with someone I have never had cut my hair before. Today, that roll of the dice choice paired me up with Tabitha. She was friendly, talkative and asked numerous questions about how I liked to have my hair cut. She then proceeded to give me the best haircut I have had in years. She took the time to blend each and every cut to make the overall haircut look very nice and very well groomed. I will definately choose her again in the future.
