Always greeted with a smile! They have a cheat sheet in the system that tells them your cut so any of them can get you the same or close every time with only a few questions. It’s a great system!! But I have my preferred girl, then a stand by if she isn’t there! They both get me every time perfect! I now have all three of my sons going there and most of my friends. Even my wife goes by for a trim on occasion:-).

My stylist is always great and professional, she always remembers my preferences but always takes the time to ask if I want something different or if I need any products. Hair Ninja is always on time and detail-oriented when she works on my hair. Always been a great experience since the location opened in our area.
