I'll be real honest this trip was by far my best experience at Sport Clips, not that the others were bad. I just felt Bill did a fantastic job, he greeted me with a handshake was very clear about what he was doing and my favorite thing was he didn't talk to me much, which I love that. I'm there to get a haircut not talk about anything, it's a relaxing time. Some people like to chat, I don't, he picked up on that and it was great. he also fixed what my sides do every time and I have to ask to get fixed but he knew right away and took care of it without me having to say a word. I should have put in a review before this email came to me because I was really impressed with Bill, Sport Clips and the whole experience. Thank you.
