I love the great customer service (Samantha is wonderful to work with), steamed towels experience, free bottle of water, vibrating chair while getting my hair shampoo, and overall environment. It's clean and well maintained.

Bailey was a Rockstar! She listened to what I wanted and did exactly what I needed. She often checked for my opinion throughout the cut which I really appreciated! Samantha was booked and I was pretty sad she wasn't cutting my hair but Bailey did amazing!
