Customer service has been outstanding when I visited. Not usually a long wait, and the stylists know what they are doing and cater to your suggestions. I can’t say anything negative at all.

We can use the APP to find out how busy a store might be and make an appointment if I want to. Also, the stylists keep notes of what I have requested in the past, and confirm if that is still what I would like. Finally, and most important to me is all the stylists I have gotten a haircut from are experienced, and friendly.

The staff are great!!!! My son was excited and nervous to get his long hair cut off. It was well past his shoulders. The staff made him feel so special. They were excited WITH him for this big change haircut. They did an amazing job. We will absolutely be back!!!

I go and see Baylieh to get my hair cut and she always does a fantastic job. I've gone to other locations and have had poor experiences. But this store is always top notch. Will be coming back here many more times in the future.

It was an awesome experience. The cut was great and the MVP treatment almost put me to sleep in the chair. I was not aware that educators got free haircuts these week for teacher appreciation so an added bonus to an already great experience!

Miranda did an awesome job giving me a cut that I preferred. She also made a product suggestion with a sample she used on my hair, I did end up buying the product. She definitely does a great job communicating and cutting the way I prefer my hair to be cut.

Kennewick sport clips continues to be my go to location for my haircut needs. Everyone is super nice and professional, and the store is always clean from the restroom facilities to the waiting area and cutting stations. Huge compliment to Lacey for fixing me up with my latest haircut, with her expertise.
