The girl was really nice, and after pointing out the 2 mistakes she made on my haircut, she fixed them and I would say I walked out with somewhat of a perfect haircut.
When I first sat down, she asked if I wanted MVP, I said no. I got no MVP updates but when walking out, I was charged MVP. Prices have gone up at Sports Clips, I almost just trimmed my head myself m, but decided I'd get a fresh taper and come in.
I got charged for MVP and left, but I kept thinking about it cause $7 tip on top of cut is usually $25. I paid $35, so I checked my email receipt and saw they charged triple play which I found online to be triple play.
The lady said I could do my card over the phone as to not embarass herself in person, but im a security guy, I dont want my card on the phone.
I drove back there (15 min drive) in a 12 MPG truck, and I only tipped $1 cause $6 is about how much the gas is at minimum to get there and back to make my refund complete.
This is where we took a bad turn. I was nice when I came back in, but the girl was raging out about her $1 tip as I was leaving. Want a better tip? Dont overcharge me and think im not going to take the tip when I come back, that much should be automatic. Not all of us drive 30 MPG cars

Kellie did an awesome job! She paid very close attention to every detail during the haircut and executed with perfection. Also, she was very kind and had a great conversation with her! Definitely will be coming back for more haircuts in the future and will be requesting her services next time I come in.

I came in last minute to see Jessica R. It’s amazing how every time I go in, she somehow outdoes herself from the last haircut. I appreciate how she remembers what I want and all I have to do is sit down and let her work her magic. It really is such a pleasurable experience getting to talk to her and catch up, all while getting an exceptional haircut. This shows that she clearly values her clients and the relationship she has with them and goes above and beyond. If you are looking for someone who is a master at their craft and someone who you can feel confident about, go see Jessica! I trust her completely and she never fails to exceed my expectations.

Kellie is a talented hairstylist. It was my first haircut with her. Her work is great but she also makes the experience a memorable one for the client with your elite customer service skills and manners.
