KIM G. Pure and simple, the biggest influence on the experience is the person doing the work, and Kim's that person. She's fast, efficient, accurate and invariably friendly, and the reason I go there. Give the woman a raise!

Kim G over at Northshore is very pleasant to see and is a good representative for the company. One can get a haircut in almost every location within a zip, it is the people that want to do a good job that retain clients. Kim does just this.

Communication is good and is key to getting a reliably good haircut. It's a very quick in-n-out, so it doesn't tie up your day. Friendly service. I'm pretty much a no-fuss customer product-wise, but there is a good assortment of hair products available.

Sport Clips is conveniently located, it's very easy to select my preferred stylist online, and I can avoid long waits. The facility is always clean, and when there is a wait, I can relax and watch sports programs on a large-screen TV.) Kelli is my "go-to stylist" and she always does a great job.

The stylists are attentive. The services, including the hot towel and neck massage, are fantastic. But at the end of the day, the stylists know how to cut hair.
