The simplicity of being able to easily schedule appointments, the expectations provided for wait times, walk-ins welcome, and the staff are great. Kudos to Brittany Shears for doing a great job and making our last visit a great experience for my kiddos.

It was my first time at this Sports Clips and Brittany S cut my hair. She was warm, welcoming, and gave me a great haircut, even after one of her coworkers that was supposed to cut my hair had to leave early for the day. the previous stylist I had at a different Sports Clips talked about certain things she shouldn't have and sometimes made me feel uncomfortable, which is mainly why I switched stores. But Brittany did great and definitely earned a return customer.
