What I like is your online check-in. What I don’t like is the fact that you don’t allow me to fill out a form about my issues I have you only want the positive feedback.. if you’re only gonna do the good then I won’t fill out a survey for the future again because you only want the positive and not the negative and the things you actually need to work on. You need to update your stores. They’ve been the same decor for years. Give it a style change. I have an online account with you. Let me be able to store my rewards and not have to use a piece of paper that you have to punch.
Sammi, in the La Crosse Location is very nice to work with. She continues to provide a great consistent cut and repeatable customer service. I am very happy with her attention to detail.
