I only go to sports clips because of assistant manager Lacie. If you want all your businesses or stores to thrive then figure out a way to duplicate Lacie, I feel like family, she’s not only An amazing person and listener she just happens to cut guy’s hair…..amazingly. Never disappointed. When I am having a bad day - I to see Lacie to make me feel pretty again.

Christie was amazing. She was very talented and helpful. I was always hesitant about someone cutting my hair because I have had terrible painful experiences in the past. This was an uplifting experience for me. She was kind gentle and considerate about my sensitive scalp. She went above and beyond expectations. I have not looked this good in years! A truly amazing person who is very skilled and knowledgeable!

I like being able to check in ahead of time so that there’s hardly a wait. I also like being able to see which stylists are working that day before going to the store. Jessica P. has become our new favorite. She does an excellent job with my son’s impossible cowlick and really takes her time with his cut.

I really appreciate that Breana knew what I wanted and needed when I arrived. She cares about the the outcome of her work and that is apparent in how she works with the customer. She introduced me to a new styling product after the last product was discontinued and it is my new go to. Good customer service is a core competency in the service industry and I think Breana knows that.
