Kali at the Fruitville Pike Lancaster PA location is amazing. I brought my 10 year old nephew in, whom has some sensory concerns, and she made him feel comfortable, explaining everything along the way. He loved his new haircut. We will definitely be back.

When I sign in I just wait for someone call me that it is my turn. I have been happy with the staff all the years I had been using your services. There was just one person that I had a problem with but that is in the past. Well like I said I have been happy but the visit, for some reason the employee and I seem to have connection. I do not remember her name but she was awesome. I used my birthday discount and she again was very thoughtful and blessed me. Wish I had her name as my next visit I would ask for her If she would still be there
