Thuy is the absolute best hair stylist you could ever ask for! Always extremely friendly, does a great job with my haircut, and delivers a wonderful MVP experience every time. She truly knows how to make each customer feel very important and special!

The online portal for getting in line is helpful. I don't like the turnover rate at the stores. As long as Xuan is there I'll continue to go. Having random new people there that you don't know if they can actually cut hair or not is not the type of business relationship I'm looking for. Long term stability is more important.

The hairdresser (Kaili) was borderline rude, kept stopping my haircut to talk to another hairdresser, tried to pressure me into a shampoo, didn’t cut one sideburn, and cut the back terribly uneven

Kaili was absolutly wonderful start to finish, exceeded my expectations and was infinitely kind and welcoming, and helped me pick a new style for my hair! Cannot recommend her enough!!!

Thuy was awesome. I went in with long hair and a long beard for a "spa day". I let her know I was looking to cut my hair short, cut my beard, and get a Triple MVP. The only other items I had to tell her was what length I wanted my sides and how I would comb my hair. From there she cut the beard, blended it perfectly to the sides, and cut the top and styled. It came out great and I came out refreshed. Years ago, in Arizona, I would get my hair cut at Sport Clips. The question I have is: In Arizona you receive a neck and shoulder massage with a massager but not in Washington, why? That would make the experience top of the line and no one should go anywhere else to get their hair cut.

Competent, courteous, frriendly service. A breeze to get a good haircut.

Friendliness of stylist (Thuy) over everything. Thuy treats me like a person and not a number. Other stylists rush the experience trying to make some sort of quota. My advice to another stylist, slow down. Most of us work hard and enjoy the respite from work.
