I love being able to sign in and "get in line" before I arrive. This was my first time using this location since I've moved to the area and I was very pleased with the haircut, conversation, and shampoo/rinse by Sam...she'll be my go-to now!

The service was great and the experience was a nice 1-2 punch. My only concern and recommendation for future knowledge of the stylist. I asked for my beard to be cleaned up and for me that meant trim and straighten the edges. She instead took a level 3 clipper to it and shaved the beard down. This was shocking to me but could have been a communication gap on my end. I just want to advise checking before using electric clippers on a beard to confirm what type of clean up they want. :) I typically shave my beard off every few months so it was not a big loss but want to make sure it is not a concern for another customer. Outside of that she did awesome, and thanks!

While I don't use the products, whether living in WA or AZ or now back to WA, I prefer 1 stylist I'm comfortable with. In AZ it was Jessica R at Avindale shop and into WA it was and again is Denise Rogers at Maple Valley shop.
