Well organized store. Always greeted with a smile and welcoming to the salon. Manager has a positive outlook with all customers. Denise makes sure customers question are answered and is knowledgeable about all products on display.

Samantha is amazing!! She listens to what you want and remembers what she did the previous time and asks if you want any changes or to keep it the same. If you say the same, she then confirms what she did last time e to make sure you are getting what you want. I am sure the other employees are great too, but I would wait hours for Samantha because my girlfriend only likes my hair after Samantha cuts it!! Thank you so much!!!!

The haircut is the product. The haircut is 100% tied to the stylist. I use the same stylist to ensure I get a cut I like. The mobile app is nice for scheduling and allows me to be more time efficient when arriving so I am not idle very long. It would be nice if we could see the same info in the app as we see in the store order wise.

Great atmosphere and minimum wait times when appointment is scheduled, great staff with Denise as my go to person for my hair. Always great to know I get the exact same cut every time I go in
