My name is [NAME REMOVED]. I get my haircut once a month at your Carlisle pike (Mechanicsburg) location. I've been going there for almost 5 years. Kelsey, Grace and Shanta, all are incredible. I got my haircut on Monday 6/8/26 by Kelsey who always does an amazing job. However, the time before that, Jerrica cut my hair. That cut was not so good. She missed many areas, rushed through it and I didnt notice the bad quality until I got home. She is very nice, but the quality and service in my opinion did not match what I have come to appreciate and expect at that location.
I told this to Kelsey who fixed it perfectly on Monday and didn't have me pay. I very much appreciated that. I normally would've waited an additional 2 weeks for another cut. But it was necessary to come in early because it really needed fixed. I would appreciate a phone call, I would like to show my appreciation for Kelsey and Grace, who I believe, are your two best stylists at that location. Its not just the quality. Its their interaction and how they show their care and passion for what they do. I was told Jerrica is the manager at that location. I would recommend making a chance. Kelsey or Grace would run that location very well. I won't trust anyone else to cut my hair but those two. Thank you for your attention to this matter.

I've been to many barber shops and have never been fully satisfied with my hair cut, but coming to Sport Clips changed that. I've always been pleased with the way my hair cut turns out.
The foil shaver is awesome for a skin fade. I personally am not stoked that it’s an additional fee but I suppose I understand. Those blades aren’t cheap. It’s a drawback but I get it.
