Oh the staff is great I can't remember all the names starts with Kim the tone she sets it's great professional and friendly and just awesome and then oh gosh there's so many there's so many of cut my hair Rachel I put a lot of the names on Google because they're really really good I give him a five stars all the time because they are in 10 really really great service my hair is very difficult 65 years old they help me manage my Homer hairs that are just a few sprinkling up there or still there sprouting up there individually so they're great with that I can't say enough about Brandon oh my gosh is it Rachel is it you can see all the ones that have have served me Brandon I get along with pride the most because of sports all right 10 star review seriously really like this Branch I go to this one that's less than 2 mi from my house so it's perfect

Had a really good haircut and stylist listened and understood what I wanted also explained to me the what and why about the product used during my haircut along with explaining that it would assist in keeping my hair where I wanted it without it being gross feeling so I purchased that product to use.

I have been a customer for years since moving to Mechanicsville. Recently, I suffered a medical issue that kept me in the hospital/physical therapy rehab facility for over nine months. This has left me very limited in my mobility, mostly requiring a wheelchair to get around. When I arrived, Kim was working that day. I only ask for “first available,” as my haircut is usually very simple. Luckily, Kim was the hairdresser available. She not only accommodated my wheelchair, but went above and beyond taking care of my scalp, as I hadn’t had a haircut in over nine months. All of the hairdressers at the Mechanicsville location have been fabulous through the years, but I truly can’t thank Kim enough for making me look, and feel “human” again!
