I like how you have an app that allows me to put my name on the wait list however I find that that is only working sometimes and I’ve shown up at the store and I’m not on the list even though the app on my phone says I am. I also find it extremely frustrating that there’s no place that I can tell in the store or on your website or app that actually list the price of your services.
