I have to be honest. I've been going to sports clips for over 5 years now. And without a doubt, the last time I received the worst haircut I ever got my entire life! It was still kind of wet when I left so I didn't really get to see what it looked like until I got home and I had gotten a haircut at all!

Despite a photo and an explanation, the stylist really messes up my cowlick. The stylist was very personable and friendly, an eventual asset to your shop. But more training would help.

My hair cut it's self by brian was good, but I was largely ignored and not checked in until waiting for about 20 minutes, my estimated time ran down and was next in line. I was skipped in favor of another child and their mother who still had 28 minutes before their turn. After waiting for about 30 minutes being skipped without a word was very unfair and disappointing. My usual experience is much better here and I hope this does not become the normal.

Lacy was immacculate and a great communicator with excellent treatment. I'm sure she followed procedure to a T. The haircut went great. The hair washing did not feel terribly thorough however. Pricing wise, it is not super competitive with some of the local barbers for men's haircuts.

I’ve had issues with your app not being accurate and this is a perfect example. I signed in and system gave me a time of 11:05 for Sam. I showed up and my time was now 11:20. There was someone there fpr first available and Sam was done the system gave this guy Sam and I would have needed to wait another 20 minutes or so. Fortunately the guy let me go next and he waited. Your app system is not good. I don’t have time to wait an hour for a haircut. I prefer to make an appointment with the stylist of my choice.

The problem is you never get the same person for a hair cut i have had some very good hair cuts from your staff and some not so good hair cuts my wife summed up this hair cut best when she said it looks like they put a bowl on your head and trimmed around the bottom of it.
