I had a coupon that I was given long ago when the store first opened. I found it recently after moving back to the area and asked awhile back if it was still good and was told it was. so I continued coming and getting the stamps. Then when I went to redeem it on this visit, I was told that it wouldn't get honored. I spent nearly 20 minutes waiting while the staff tried to figure it out--called the manager who said it couldn't be honored. The sylist eventually gave me $10 off, but I left pretty frustrated by the whole experience

Love the app, it allows me to see the wait time in advance and know when to get there and not have to wait too long. Also, all the stylists are awesome. I generally take the next available because of that. This time, I had the pleasure of meeting Andrea who did an awesome job.

The staff is extremely friendly and qualified. It is always an extremely pleasant expirence, especially the MVP expirence. The hairdressers are very skilled, and they actually listen to what you want. Took awhile but I finally found a place that I can depend on for a good haircut.
