This was the first time that I or anyone I know tried the MVP package, and I truly loved it! I definitely will be coming in for this regularly. The massage, old fashioned heated towel treatment and attentive service was relaxing, rewarding and made me feel relaxed,, great, and energized, in that order. The one thing I was really unhappy about though was my haircut itself. Another associate had indicated my stylist was new/inexperienced, and even though I requested a simple haircut that is also described on your site, she executed it poorly and was bluntly a bad haircut. The depth of cut was uneven, and she tried to cover it by cutting most of my hair far shorter than I wanted, and the bangs she did leave were literally chopped into a thick M shape which looked ridiculous. Luckily I like hair gel and my hair grows quickly, so I can manage this and get it recut by someone more experienced in several weeks. I don't like to complain and am sympathetic to those who are new and nervous, but she should have taken more time to go slower or talk to me about what her anxiety and worked it out with me so that we were both happy with the experience. I still have her a $5 tip and will recommend the shop, but please take more.yime to make sure your stylists are better trained and prepped before turning them loose on their own.
