Everything. My shop is great. The girls are great. I've been using Sports Clips for years, even in other states. Having said that, I have a a few complaints regarding my current store (and it has nothing to do with the girls, management, or anything--it has to do with the franchisee). 1) The franchisee doesn't honor Sports Clips coupons, MVP cards, etc. As a customer, its not up to me to know where a shop honors corporate cards, discounts, etc. As a company, ALL Sports Clips should honor anything that SAYS Sports Clips on it. 2) All of a sudden, they (the franchisee) decided to change the store phone number and phones. However, when they did this, the phones didn't work for LITERALLY months. Even NOW, it STILL doesn't work as it goes straight to voice mail. 3) The new back massagers are GREAT, and I WANT ONE! I bought the older Wahl massager that Sports Clips previously used AND sold, but for some reason they either don't--or won't sell them. Even more so, the stylists don't even know who makes them or how they could even sell them. You are missing out on an additional profit making point by not selling them.

I was a frequent customer here for a few years. Changed jobs and haven't been able to make it here. Tiffany cuts my hair and she is amazing. Always friendly and does the best on my hair. She always knows exactly how to cut it. I have been to other places and I always leave disappointed. I highly recommend this place especially Tiffany.
